SUNDANCE STICKERS

The Guerrilla Girls and Alice Locas invade the Oscars! The number of women and people of color working behind the scenes in Hollywood as directors, writers, sound engineers, editors and cinematographers is really pathetic...as bad as the art world was 15 years ago! The Guerrilla Girls and Alice Locas, a new anonymous group of women film makers, put together a bunch of stickers pointing out the sexism and racism that's rampant in the film industry. We premiered them at the Sundance Film Festival and now we're putting them all over New York and Los Angeles: in bathroom stalls, on movie posters, anywhere a Girl can stick 'em up! We even had undercover GG agents putting them up at the 2001and 2002 Oscar ceremonies—so when you watched the stars parading down the red carpet, remember that some of them had our stickers in their cute little evening bags, or in the pockets of their tuxes.WANNA HELP US?
